No construction shall be allowed within the corporate limits of any Municipally owned property, sidewalks or alleys by any City licensed excavating contractor or any other person without first obtaining a permit.
A. Fees: The permit and inspection fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential, seventy five dollars ($75.00) for commercial and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for industrial property, and thirty dollars ($30.00) for each storm sewer disconnection, payable at time said permit is issued; and the same shall be issued in duplicate, one (1) copy being given to the applicant and one (1) filed in the Engineering Department. Permit shall show the name of the applicant, the exact location of the concrete construction, and such other information as the Engineering Department may require.
