A. Discharge Into Sanitary Sewers Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or cause to be discharged into any sanitary sewer any wastewater from downspouts, drain tiles, drainage system for surface or subsurface water or air conditioning or cooling equipment.
B. Discharge Into Storm Sewers Required: The owner of property upon which is situated air conditioning and cooling equipment shall cause the wastewater therefrom to be discharged into the storm sewer. (Ord. 1568, 7-7-1980)
