6-3-3: DRAINAGE DISTRICT:
A drainage district to be known as Drainage District 17 has been established for the purpose of preserving the health and to meet the demands of the property owners in said district. The boundary lines of said Drainage District 17 are now on file in the Office of the City Clerk for public inspection. (1985 Code)
