The accuracy of any meter in service shall be tested by the Water Department upon the request of the owner and may be tested by the Water Department at any time. In the event the owner shall request a testing of the water meter more often than once every twelve (12) months, the owner shall pay the cost thereof. (Ord. 88-8, 5-2-1988; amd.
