6-1-9: REPAIRS OF SERVICE LINES:
Whenever a service line becomes out of repair or develops a leak, it shall be the duty of the property owners to immediately authorize its repair or the installation of a new service. Failure of the property owner to authorize any such work shall subject the property to the immediate discontinuance of service. (1953 Code § 15-12)
