6-1-6: EXTENSION OF EXISTING SERVICE:

No service line shall be extended nor shall additional connections thereto be made without special written permission of the City Engineer after full investigation of the proposed changes or extension. (1953 Code § 15-9; amd. Ord. 90-27, 12-18-1990; 2017 Code)
