4-1-6: METHOD OF SERVICE:
The notice to abate shall be served either by: a) personal delivery; or b) posting the notice in a conspicuous place upon the premises where the nuisance exists and sending a copy of the notice by regular United States mail. (Ord. 08-04, 5-20-2008)
