4-1-2: NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
The creation or maintenance of a nuisance is prohibited, and a nuisance, public or private, may be abated in the manner provided in this chapter or may be prosecuted as a Municipal infraction, or both. (Ord. 08-04, 5-20-2008)
