3-15-1: INTENT:
The City Council declares it to be the intention of this chapter to provide for a property tax exemption for "speculative shell buildings" as provided by section 427.1(27) of the Code of Iowa. (Ord. 02-03, 2-5-2002; amd. 2017 Code)
