3-14-1: DEFINITION:
"Tree trimming contractors" shall mean any person who, for compensation, cuts or trims any tree or limbs or branches of any tree, who cuts or removes the roots of any tree or who treats diseases of any tree. (Ord. 1592, 2-17-1981; amd. 1985 Code)
