3-5-7: NOTICE OF VIOLATION:

In case any police or other officer of the City shall find any junk dealer violating the provisions of this chapter, he shall give such junk dealer a written notice to appear before the City Council at one (1) of its regular meetings to show cause why the Council shall not revoke the license of such junk dealer. (1953 Code § 73-7)
