3-3-20: APPEAL AND HEARING:

Appeal and hearing guidelines are established by Iowa Code section 123.32 and any revisions thereto. The City's appeal and hearing guidelines related to licenses and permits are established under chapter 1 of this title and section 3-3-22 of this chapter. (Ord. 91-28, 12-17-1991; amd. 2017 Code)
