3-3-17: ADVERTISEMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, WINE OR BEER:

Advertisement provisions for alcoholic liquor, wine or beer are established by Iowa Code section 123.51 and any revisions thereto, except as specifically modified. All signs formerly erected shall be removed by the owner of the premises. (Ord. 91-28, 12-17-1991; amd. 2017 Code)
