3-3-3: ELIGIBILITY FOR LIQUOR CONTROL LICENSE, WINE OR BEER PERMIT:

Liquor control license regulations and action by local authorities and the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division (IABD) on applications for liquor control licenses are established by Iowa Code sections 123.30, 123.32 and 123.75 and any revisions thereto. (Ord. 91-28, 12-17-1991; amd. 2017 Code)
