3-3-2: DEFINITIONS:

Where words and phrases used in this chapter are defined by State law, Iowa Code section 123.3 and any revisions thereto, such definitions shall apply to their use in this chapter and are hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 91-28, 12-17-1991; amd. 2017 Code)
