A. An applicant may apply for an annual license. The annual license shall be valid until March 31 of each year, at which time it shall expire.
B. The fees for licenses shall be:
1. For every throwing gallery or shooting gallery, twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year.
2. For each business establishment wherein is played the game of bowling, tenpins or games of similar character, there shall be paid a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. (Ord. 1218, 5-7-1973)
3. For each licensee who has five (5) or less billiard tables, pool tables, pinball machines, video or electronic games, or other like table or device, there shall be a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). For each licensee who has six (6) or more tables as above described, the license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 1218, 5-7-1973; amd. 1985 Code)
