3-1-9: NOTICE OF DENIAL, REVOCATION, SUSPENSION:

The holder of any license shall be served with notice of time and place of hearing on the denial, suspension or revocation of said license in the manner of service of original notices. Such notice shall clearly state the grounds upon which suspension, denial or revocation is sought. (1985 Code)
