3-1-7: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
The City Council may revoke a City issued license if, in their judgment, any business, vocation or act conducted or to be conducted under and by virtue of said license is or will be detrimental to public safety or morals or liable to lead to the violation of any ordinance or law, or provoke a breach of the peace, or if any such licensee or any of his agents makes any false or misleading statements or representations in the furtherance of the business conducted under said license, or violates any ordinance or law in the conduct of the business for which such license is issued. The revocation of any such license shall be considered sufficient cause to forbid any issuance of another license under this Code to the licensee whose license has been revoked.
