Pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 403A, it shall be the duty of the board to provide and coordinate the federally subsidized public housing programs. All powers and responsibilities, including the signatory authority of the annual contributions contract, shall vest with the board. Actions taken by the board shall be final and not subject to administrative review. The board shall implement policies to effect its duties. (Ord. 06-5, 4-4-2006, eff. 7-1-2006)
