The City of Mason City elects to create a public body corporate and politic to be known as the "Municipal Housing Agency" and named the "Mason City Housing Authority" and to have its powers and authority in connection with the housing assistance programs exercised by the Mason City Housing Authority Board (hereafter referred to as "board").
