§ 56.15 INSTALLATION TYPE PREFERENCES.

   The following preferences hold except where otherwise provided in the Historic District Specific Standards outlined in §§ 56.70 through 56.73.

   (A)   Colocation of wireless facilities on existing wireless facilities is strongly encouraged.

   (B)   Underground design is a preferred option.

   (C)   Other preferences include:

      (1)   Small cell facilities mounted to existing support structures or buildings that follow design guidelines §§ 56.41 and 56.42.

      (2)   New support structures that follow design guidelines § 56.43.

   (D)   Least preferred types include:

      (1)   Building or existing pole mounted designs that are not screened or camouflaged.

      (2)   New support structures that are not screened or camouflaged.

      (3)   Temporary "cell on wheels" facilities.
