Section 13.01 Meetings of Public Bodies to be Open.

   All of the provisions of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code and any amendments or successor provisions thereof hereafter adopted by the General Assembly, relating to the requirements that the meetings of public bodies be open, are specifically incorporated and made a part of this Charter and the provisions thereof shall also be applicable to "non-decision making" committees, agencies or instrumentalities of the public bodies of the City.
