911.05 CONSTRUCTION CONTROLLED.

No sidewalk, curbing or gutter shall be constructed or repaired except in strict accordance with the requirements of this chapter, and any sidewalk, curbing or gutter not so constructed or repaired shall be taken up and replaced so as to conform thereto at the expense of the owner of the real estate abutting thereon. (1954 Code Sec. 28.28)
