745.04 APPEAL AND REVIEW.

Any applicant or licensee for which a license has been refused, suspended or revoked under the provisions of this chapter shall have the right to appeal such refusal, suspension or revocation in accordance with the appeal and review procedures set forth in Sections 1301.20 and 1301.21.
