§ 70.09 PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS WHEN SIGNS ERECTED.
   When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and public holidays within the district, for a longer period of time than specified in this section.
