§ 70.01 PARALLEL TO CURB REQUIRED WHEN.
   It is unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle on a street in the city other than parallel with the edge of the street or highway, headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the right- hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb or edge of the street or highway, except as otherwise provided in this traffic code; provided, however, that, only parallel parking shall be permitted or allowed on North First Street East (U.S. Highway No. 2), on North First Street West (U.S. Highway No. 2) and on Central Avenue (Montana Highway No. 919) in the city.
