§ 70.05 PROHIBITED FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairing necessitated by an emergency; or
   (C)   Displaying advertising.
