§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.03 and 50.15 through 50.23 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200. Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The provisions of this section shall not prevent revocation of license as herein provided in § 50.21.
   (C)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 50.35 through 50.40 shall be punished by a fine not less than $75, nor more than $750 for each violation. Any day on which any violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.50 through 50.54 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the nuisance continues unabated after ten days from receipt of notice.
