The purpose of this subchapter is to establish standards for the use of the Village Landscape Waste Collection Programs. The programs are intended to provide appropriate alternatives to open burning of seasonally generated landscape waste materials from property in the village and are not intended for collection of landscape waste materials generated from the complete removal of trees and the clearing of excessive amounts of landscape waste which should otherwise be handled by a professional contractor.
