§ 50.03 GARBAGE COLLECTORS.

No firm, corporation or person shall engage in the business of collecting garbage or be permitted to haul, convey or transport over and upon the streets of the village any garbage or other refuse as defined, or other material giving off noxious odors unless he or she shall be licensed therefor.
