If, during the period covered by the license granted, hauler shall permit his or her equipment to fall into disrepair or shall fall to keep the same in a sanitary condition when not in use, or shall fail to obey any of the provisions of this chapter, the license may be revoked after reasonable notice and hearing by the Board of Trustees.
