APPENDIX A: RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A SCHEDULE OF OFFENSES
AND VOLUNTARY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES
   WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt the provisions of Madison Lake City Code § 10.98, establishing a procedure for requesting the voluntary payment of administrative penalties for certain violations of the code; and
   WHEREAS, the provisions of Madison Lake City Code § 10.98 authorize the City Council, by a resolution adopted by a majority of its members, to identify administrative offenses and establish penalties for these offenses;
   NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council as follows:
   The City Council hereby adopts the provisions of Madison Lake City Code § 10.98 and adopts the following administrative penalties:
