It is a misdemeanor to operate a snowmobile in the following manner:
(A) At a rate of speed greater than reasonable or proper under all surrounding circumstances, but in no event in excess of 15 mph;
(B) In a careless, reckless, or negligent manner so as to threaten or endanger other persons or property, private or public, or to cause actual injury or damage thereto;
(C) While under the influence of an intoxicating liquor, narcotics, or drugs whether legal or not;
(D) To tow any person or object except through the use of a rigid tow bar, attached directly to the rear of a snowmobile;
(E) To intentionally drive, chase, run over, injure, or kill any animal with a snowmobile;
(F) To operate a snowmobile in any public or private nursery or planting in a manner which damages or destroys growing stock;
(G) To operate a snowmobile in a manner so as to create excessive noise; and
(H) Without front and rear lights illuminated when operating between the hours of 1/2 hour after sunset and 1/2 hour before sunrise or in conditions of reduced visibility.
