§ 130.01   FALSE FIRE ALARMS.
   Whoever willfully transmits or causes to be transmitted in any manner to the Volunteer Fire Departments of the city a false alarm of fire, knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that a fire exists, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99. Further, any such offense may be determined to have been committed at either the place where the transmission was made, or at the place where the transmission was received.
