§ 130.05   THROWING DANGEROUS OBJECTS.
   (A)   No person shall throw a stone, brick, piece of wood, or other hard or dangerous object into, upon, or over any street, alley, park, or against any fence, wall, house, or other building within the city; shoot or project an air gun, rubber sling, or other weapon or missile, into, upon, or over any street, alley, cemetery, park, or other public or private place within the city; or throw or cause to be thrown any water or other fluid matter into or upon the streets or alleys or upon the premises of another, without the permission of the owner or occupant of such premises.
   (B)   No person shall play ball or other such games upon the streets, alleys, cemeteries, parks, or other public places of the city unless such area is designated as an authorized play area.
