(A) Johnson Lake is a managed lake and no additional fish, minnows, or other aquatic life should be added to the existing population except under the directions of the State Division of Fish and Wildlife.
(B) The minimum size on large-mouth bass taken from Johnson Lake shall be 14 inches and the bag limit shall be six per day.
(C) The minimum size on channel catfish taken from Johnson Lake shall be ten inches and the bag limit shall be ten per day.

HERITAGE TRAIL OF MADISON
The following rules shall apply to visitors of the Heritage Trail:
(A) Trail is open from dawn to dusk.
(B) Always be aware of your speed and trail conditions.
(C) Keep to the right and pass on the left.
(D) Communicate before passing others.
(E) Respect private property.
(F) Off-trail activity not allowed.
(G) Keep pets on short leashes and clean up after them.
(H) Carry out trash with you.
(I) Do not disturb animals or vegetation.
(J) Helmets are required for all non-motorized vehicle operators.
(K) In an emergency call 911.
(L) Report unsafe trail conditions to 265-8308.
(M) No motor vehicles allowed. This includes automobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, or any other off-road vehicle.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be guilty of a class C infraction and therefore subject to a fine of not more than $500.
(B) Any person found to have violated the terms of § 97.45 or to have violated the minimum size limit or bag limit shall be guilty of a class C infraction and therefore subject to a fine of not more than $500.
