§ 97.17 CERTAIN MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a motorcycle, motor bike, moped, snowmobile, or four-wheel drive vehicle or other motorized vehicle in the city parks.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a motorcycle, motor bike, moped, four-wheel drive vehicle, snowmobile, or other motorized vehicle on the municipal golf course without the express authorization of the city.

§ 97.18 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be illegal for any person to possess any alcoholic beverage in any city park, with the exception of Sunrise Golf Course, so long as alcohol is sold pursuant to the rules and regulations of the State of Indiana pursuant to a city owned alcohol permit. Furthermore, alcohol may be permitted at other city parks if said park is utilized for a festival, concert, or other activity that is approved by the City of Madison and all rules and regulations of the State of Indiana are followed to allow the sale or consumption of alcohol.

§ 97.19 TRAFFIC DURING SOFTBALL SEASON.
   Vine Street between the north line of Presbyterian Avenue and the south line of a certain east-west alley running between Vine Street and Elm Street and parallel to Presbyterian Avenue, said street forming the east boundary of John Paul Park, shall be closed and under the control of the City Department of Public Parks and the Madison Men's Softball Association during the months of May, June, July, August, September, and October at and during all times when scheduled games or tournaments are being conducted at John Paul Park under the auspices and control of the City Board of Park Commissioners and the Madison Men's Softball Association. During said months, representatives and agents of the Board and the Softball Association shall have control of and the right to limit, restrict, or deny vehicular traffic upon the above-described section of street.

CITY CAMPGROUND
§ 97.30 AUTHORITY OF BOARD.
   The Board of Park Commissioners is given jurisdiction over the city campground and is hereby granted authority to set fees for the use of the campground, adopt regulations and restrictions on use of the campground, and exercise authority over the administration of the city campground on a similar basis as the present operation of the municipal swimming pools and golf course.

JOHNSON LAKE
§ 97.45 FISH MANAGEMENT.
   (A)   Johnson Lake is a managed lake and no additional fish, minnows, or other aquatic life should be added to the existing population except under the directions of the State Division of Fish and Wildlife.
   (B)   The minimum size on large-mouth bass taken from Johnson Lake shall be 14 inches and the bag limit shall be six per day.
   (C)   The minimum size on channel catfish taken from Johnson Lake shall be ten inches and the bag limit shall be ten per day.
