(A) These rules of procedure may be altered, in a manner not inconsistent with the City Code and applicable statutes, during any meeting of the Board, provided that notice of the proposed changes is given to the Board members at least seven days in advance of the meeting.
(B) The provisions of these rules of procedure shall be discussed and adopted or readopted by the Board annually at its organizational meeting.
(C) All meetings and hearings of the Board shall be open to the public in accordance with the requirements of KRS 65.8815(5).
(D) All records of the Board shall be available for public inspection in accordance with the requirements of the Kentucky Open Records Law, KRS 61.870 to 61.884.
