When required by the Building Commissioner, specifications shall be furnished with the building plans.
The various subjects therein shall be grouped in the order of their construction, and shall all be done in clear and specific language sufficient to enable the Building Commissioner to obtain full and complete information as to the extent and character of the work to be done.
