EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 90-89, passed November 5, 1990, adopted the Urban Sediment Pollution Abatement Rules promulgated by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and provided that a violation of such Rules is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Copies of this ordinance and of such Rules may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
