430.08 SKATEBOARDS, ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND MOTORIZED GO-CARTS ON PUBLIC WAYS.

No person shall ride, operate or use any skateboard, all-terrain vehicle or motorized go-cart upon any public sidewalk and/or public street or alley located within the Township.
