430.07 LIFTING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON PUBLIC WAYS.

No person shall allow any motor vehicle to be placed upon automobile jacks, cinder blocks or any other device used to lift or hold in place a motor vehicle on any macadamized or other improved surface of a public highway and/or sidewalk area located in the Township for a period in excess of two hours.
