(a) Within a Commercial District, no building, structure or premises shall be used or arranged or designed to be used in any part for any of the following specified uses:
(1) Aluminum, brass, copper, iron or steel foundry, or works or warehouses.
(2) Assaying other than gold or silver.
(3) Forge or foundry works.
(4) Ice manufacture or storage of more than twenty tons of ice.
(5) Loading and transfer stations for Municipal wastes.
(6) Stone yard.
(7) Storage of petroleum or its derivatives above the ground in excess of 150 gallons, or any gasoline filling, oiling or greasing station where any appliance for such purposes is located within twelve feet of any street or within fifty feet of any residence district, except within a building and at least twelve feet from any entrance or exit.
(8) Steam railroad yard or round house.
(9) Yeast manufacture.
(10) Any other industry or use which creates corrosive, toxic or noisome fumes, gas, smoke, obnoxious dust, odors or vapor, offensive noise or vibration.
