A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this title shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed ninety days, and each day's violation shall be a separate offense.
B. In case any building or structure is erected, constructed reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained, or any building, structure or land is used in violation of this title, the proper authorities of the city, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent such unlawful erection, maintenance or use, to restrain, correct or abate such violation, to prevent the occupancy of such building, structure or land or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises.
