9.28.050   Negligence-Endangerment of others.
   It is unlawful to endanger the safety of another or his property by using a firearm or other deadly weapon in a negligent manner or to carry a firearm while under the influence of any intoxicant or narcotic, or to sell, loan or furnish any deadly weapon to persons under the influence of any intoxicant or narcotic or to any incompetent person. (Prior code § 7-1-14 (e))
