8.28.020   Discharging sewage to premises of another.
   No person shall allow or cause sewage, garbage, filth, refuse or liquid waste to be discharged or to penetrate or drain from premises occupied by him into or upon the premises of another. (Ord. 353 (part), 1988: prior code § 4-5-104)
