8.12.020 Smoking permitted in designated areas only. It is unlawful for any person to smoke at a public place or at a public meeting:

   A.   At all areas posted with "no smoking" signs;

   B.   In elevators regardless of capacity;

   C.   In any and all areas designated as a nonsmoking area; and
