Any person violating Sections 8.04.010 or 8.04.020 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding three hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 355 (part), 1988: prior code § 4-5-352)
