A. Any person convicted of violating any municipal ordinance the penalty for which carries a potential jail term, or any ordinance relating to the operation of a motor vehicle shall pay to the municipal court, in addition to any other fine or other sentence, the following:
1. A mandatory correction fee of ten dollars;
2. A judicial correction fee of one dollar; and
3. A municipal court automation fee of six dollars.
B. The municipal court shall collect such fees and shall deposit the correction fee into a special municipal fund and remit the judicial correction fee and the municipal automation fees to the State Treasurer for credit to the judicial education fund, and to the municipal court automation fund.

Any person convicted of violation of Section 12-6-12.1 of the Uniform Traffic Code shall be assessed and in addition to any other fees or fines:
A. A fee of sixty-five dollars to defray the costs of chemical and other tests used to determine the influence of liquor or drugs; and
B. A fee of seventy-five dollars to fund comprehensive community programs for the prevention of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and for other traffic safety purposes.
