The Division of Water shall be administered by the Waterworks Superintendent who shall be appointed by the City Manager, who shall be responsible to the Director of Service for all work having to do with water treatment, operation, maintenance of all pumping equipment, reservoirs, and the water distribution system. He shall exercise supervision over all operators and employees and assume other duties as may be assigned by ordinance or as directed by the Director of Service. (Ord. 1980-6. Passed 1-22-80.)
